| Kent Aaron Johnson Kent has successfully worked with executives and staff in industries including aviation, telecommunications, automotive, defense, software product development, healthcare, and medical devices. He has been involved in process improvement with the Software Engineering Institute since 1987. He is a SEI-certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser, an SEI-certified SCAMPI High Maturity Lead Appraiser, and SEI-certified CMMI instructor, and a Certified ScrumMaster. He has helped clients move from Maturity Level 1 to Maturity Level 5 using both the CMM and CMMI. He is the primary author of several new courses on Agile CMMI and the Certified ScrumMaster Training course with emphasis on CMMI. Prior to joining AgileDigm, he was the Director of Systems Engineering for TeraQuest Metrics, Inc. (later acquired by Borland Software). While at Borland, he served as the manager for Borland's largest process improvement project within Eurore at NATO in the Netherlands and Belgium and led the Process Improvement Group within Borland's EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Region. Margaret Kay Kulpa Margaret has over 30 years experience in developing complex software-intensive systems. She is an internationally known author, presenter, and consultant in the areas of management, software engineering, and process improvement. She is the primary author of Interpreting the CMMI: A Process Improvement Approach, Second Edition, Auerbach (2008) which details how to identify, define, and improve business, systems and software processes on both enterprise-wide and project levels. She is a past reviewer and editor for the Institute for Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) magazine, and enjoys acting as a featured speaker at international conferences. Services provided include training in CMMI concepts and implementation, measurement strategies, acquisition, mentoring, consulting, and appraisal (SCAMPI) assistance. Ms. Kulpa has developed and taught courses in software quality assurance, project management, peer reviews, requirements development and management, process baselines and modeling, safety and security, and other software engineering-related subjects. She has developed courses in CMMI and has served as an external member of numerous SCAMPI Class A Appraisals. |
