Key Employee List

Our consultants are recognized around the world having worked with clients in over 20 countries to improve their processes.  Our consultants have unique expertise in implementing and interpreting the CMMI from helping clients move from Maturity Level 1 to Level 5 using both the CMM and CMMI.   In addition to the key employee’s shown, here we work with a number of affiliates when necessary to bring additional staff to our engagements.

Margaret Kulpa

Margaret Kulpa is the Chief Operating Officer of AgileDigm, Inc.  Margaret has over 30 years experience in developing complex software-intensive systems. She is an internationally known author, presenter, and consultant in the areas of management, software engineering, and process improvement.  She is the primary author of the book Interpreting the CMMI – A Process Improvement Approach, Second Edition (Auerbach 2008) which details how to identify, define, and improve business, systems, and software processes on both enterprise-wide and project levels.  She enjoys acting as a featured speaker at international conferences. 

Kent A. Johnson

Kent Johnson is the Chief Technical Officer of AgileDigm, Inc.  He is a proven leader and skilled troubleshooter with solid business and technical acumen.  He has successfully worked with executives, managers, and engineering staff to improve their organizations in industries including aviation, naval, telecommunications, utilities, automotive, defense, government, software product development, and medical devices.  He is co-author of Interpreting the CMMI – A Process Improvement Approach, Second Edition (Auerbach 2008) and Ada 95 Quality and Style (Springer 1997). Kent is an SEI-authorized SCAMPI High Maturity Lead Appraiser, an SEI-authorized CMMI instructor, and an experienced process improvement consultant.
