March 18, 2008 — Margaret Kulpa, AgileDigm, Inc. and Kent Johnson, AgileDigm are presenting “Are you a Good PIID or a Bad PIID?” at the North American SEPG Conference in Tampa, Florida.
Abstract: Organizations have reported that preparing the PIIDs is the most onerous part of the entire SCAMPI appraisal process. This presentation focuses on what PIIDs are, why they are necessary, gives examples of PIID formats that an organization can use, and shows examples of completed PIIDS that organizations can use as models for their PIID preparation efforts. Attributes of good and bad PIIDs are discussed, with examples shown of good and bad PIIDs. |
