AgileDigm, Inc. is a woman-owned, veteran-owned, independent provider of process improvement and management consulting services for domestic United States and international clients.  AgileDigm teaches process and methodology related classes and participates as lead appraisers and independent members of appraisal teams performing maturity level appraisals for organizations. 

 

Our work also includes providing training in and performing process improvement activities.  As part of this effort, AgileDigm establishes an organizational infrastructure capable of planning and implementing process improvement initiatives.  This structure includes establishing Engineering Process Groups (EPGs), Process Action Teams (PATs), and Steering Committees, as well as facilitating EPG workshops and PAT meetings. 

 

Our tasks also involve instituting an organizational reporting structure, defining primary process areas on which to focus improvement activities, prioritizing tasks associated with those activities, developing Action Plans, and monitoring all activities in accordance with the Action Plans.  We also serve as appraisal leaders when establishing and conducting appraisals on organizations for the purpose of generating a maturity level, defining an organizational baseline, and initiating and validating process improvement activities.

 

Our consultants are recognized around the world, having worked with clients in over 20 countries to improve their processes.  Our consultants have unique expertise in implementing and interpreting the CMMI, from helping clients move from Maturity Level 1 to Level 5 using both the CMM^® and CMMI^®. Our international, expert consultants and authors are often invited to speak at conferences.

 

Our consultants have experience in both large-scale mainframe and client-server applications, with services provided to US federal government clients and to the private commercial sector. Their areas of expertise include computer-based systems and software engineering processes, process improvement, and development methodologies.  We have successfully managed the development and implementation of financial applications, real-time embedded systems, communication systems, electronic warfare systems, compilers, heuristic-based systems architecting, object-oriented design, agile methods, functional decomposition, scenario-based design, and application systems. Our corporate qualifications include assisting organizations in planning, staffing, directing, and controlling complex software-intensive system development and deployment.
